Qualifications:

- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design and art direction skills across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
