The Ready Mix Batch Operator oversees all plant operations, coordinating and monitoring daily workload throughout our plant & monitoring plant cleanliness.

**Requirements**:
1. Grade 12

2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Ready Mix and operating a batch plant.

3. SCT10 Certification - Introduction to concrete

4. Be able to read, write & speak English

5. Have a good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

6. Attention to detail.

**Other**:
1. Salary: R30 per hour (non-negotiable) + Night Shift Allowance

2. Working hours: Rotational Shift Work (Monday to Friday)
- 06h00 - 14h30
- 14h00 - 22h30
- 22h00 - 06h30

**Job Type**: Permanent
