**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot network and computer system problems and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and network equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users
- Manage tickets and keep accurate records of all support activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT technical support and maintenance
- Knowledge of network and computer system hardware, software, and peripherals
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network protocols and server administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and protocols is a plus
- Certifications in IT-related fields (such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+) are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
