We are searching for a highly analytical Media Planner to design and oversee our media and advertising campaigns for our Microsoft Xbox account. Your chief goal will be to enhance our media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty working on multiple marketing regions all over the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Media Planner to learn and grow working closely with the Microsoft head office.

In this position, your principal responsibilities will include analysing target audiences, managing campaign budgets, and evaluating campaign performance. As a Media Planner, in-depth knowledge of market research and target audiences is essential.

**Key roles and responsibilities include**:
Seeking opportunities to develop and manage holistic paid social plans agnostic to channel or publishers.
The use of self-service digital media ad platforms such as Instagram (Meta), TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, and Reddit; and/or unified-service platforms and data dashboards (e.g., Sprinklr, PowerBI).
Understanding business goals and develop go-to-market paid social media briefs with performance KPIs and benchmarks.
Managing multiple paid social media campaigns and projects at any given time (including budgets, timelines, adhering to high standards for quality of work).
Keeping track of market budgets, spend, audience definitions, asset naming and taxonomy for reporting, and KPIs for benchmarking.
Proficient to mastery use of Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating pivots, conditional formatting, etc.) is a must.
Seeking input from and embrace collaboration with colleagues and cross-team members in order to advance quality of work and deliver on media transparency and accountability.
Working cross-functionally with internal gaming stakeholders to implement the go-to-market plan and project manage execution and collaboration with the activation team to ensure high quality output.

**Requirements and skills**:
At least 1-2 years of digital planning experience
An analytical thinker with the ability to derive insights from data analysis for reporting and the development of future media campaign briefs gleamed from audience insights.
Social buying or activation background.
