Clockwork is seeking a Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing Xbox production team. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Designers, and Writers to assist in the creation of assets and deliver high-quality and innovative motion graphic content. As an integral part of the creative process, you will be responsible for creating engaging and complex animations for various media.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop highly engaging and intricate animations using various techniques and software.
Collaborate closely with the Video and Design teams to understand project requirements and goals.
Resizing and localising content for markets around the world, in socially optimised sizes
Assist in selecting appropriate graphic and animation styles for each project.

**Qualities**:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to understand and adhere to brand style guidelines while producing work that aligns with the desired aesthetic.
Strong problem-solving skills through visual design.
Effective time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality control.
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.

**Essential Skills**:
Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

**Highly Desirable Skills**:
Some experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere.
Knowledge of design principles.
Passion for video production and a willingness to learn additional video-related skills.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience in graphic design, including video and animation.
Passion and knowledge in gaming is a plus.
