- Arrange and attend meetings and compile minutes
- Ad-hock tasks for senior Management as required
- Identify and shortlist relevant tenders and RFQs on various platforms daily
- Tender Compilation
- General finance assistant duties

Working hours:
Mon
- Thur 08:00 - 17:30

Friday 08:00 - 16:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
