Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

- Ausarbeitung von massgeschneiderten Offerten, Bestätigungen und Dokumenten, administrative Verarbeitung und Verrechnung über die firmeneigene Buchhaltung
- Aktiver Verkauf von Promotionen und exklusiven Events

**Ihr Profil....**
- Sie beherrschen die **deutsche Sprache fliessend in Wort und Schrift** und verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Französisch
- und Italienischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil.
- Leben und wohnen in **Südafrika **und haben die **erforderliche Arbeitserlaubnis**?
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Schweizer/Deutsche Gastronomie, kennen sich in Kultur und Sportevents bestens aus.
- Freude an einer Tätigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
- Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und lieben es, täglich aufs Neue hervorragenden Service und ausgezeichnete Qualität zu erbringen
- Sie sind in der Lage, Ihre Initiative und Kreativität einzusetzen, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Mitglieder bestmöglich zu erfüllen

- **Flexibilität**: Sie sollten bereit sein, in einem festen 5-Tage-Schichtplan zu arbeiten, der eine Wochenendschicht und mindestens eine (1) Spätschicht pro Woche vorsieht. (07:00 - 22:00 SA local time)
