As a Campaign Specialist specializing in traditional Above-The-Line (ATL) channels, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various traditional media channels. Your focus will be on creating brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall marketing objectives of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media planning, and marketing, to ensure successful campaign delivery.

**What you will love doing in this role**

**Campaign Planning and Strategy**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign objectives and strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify target audiences and media preferences.
- Create comprehensive campaign plans for traditional ATL channels, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.

**Media Buying and Execution**
- Work with media agencies to plan and negotiate media placements across different traditional channels.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Monitor media schedules and placements to optimize reach and frequency.

**Creative Development**
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad concepts and content for traditional media formats.
- Ensure that all creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

**Campaign Implementation**
- Oversee the production process of marketing materials for traditional channels, such as TV commercials, radio spots, print ads, and outdoor billboards.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**
- Track the performance of campaigns and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, frequency, and brand awareness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Budget Management**
- Manage the campaign budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

**Compliance and Legal Requirements**
- Ensure all campaign materials meet regulatory and legal requirements for advertising in different traditional media channels.

**What you'll need to do this job**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns through traditional ATL channels.
- Strong understanding of media buying and negotiation for TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Familiarity with advertising regulations and compliance in traditional media channels.
