Job Description**Cyber Security and ICT Asset Administrator**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Provide end-user support for security-related issues and educate employees on information security policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams, including ICT, Operation, HR, Legal, Finance and Marketing, to ensure security measures align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats, trends, and technologies and recommend appropriate security controls and strategies.
- Manage regular internal and external audit projects, as well as oversee the annual Internal and External GITC and other audits and on-time collection of evidence.
- Planning of asset refresh cycles, as per company policy and keeping the ICT Asset register up to date on our ERP system.
- Manage ICT Asset verification monthly.
- Manage, attend, and resolve calls logged to the Cyber Security and Asset Management Team, within the agreed SLAs.
- Manage and build relationship with all Cyber Security and Asset Management 3rd Parties and vendors.
- Work closely with the other ICT teams to remediate and resolve all open calls.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of security projects to enhance the overall security posture of the organisation.
- Familiarity with incident response and disaster recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Experience with incident response and disaster recovery procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on security best practices and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations on new security technologies and products.
- Manage & maintain security and privacy training campaigns.
