- Experience in Autodesk Revit Software (MEP and Structures) and Autodesk Civil 3D to model and produce drawings with limited supervision.
- Prepare BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements, Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan.
- Checks the completeness & accuracy of work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
- Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader.
- Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase.
- Assist with the management and coordination of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.
- Manages projects in BIM360.
- Organizes own work to achieve set deadlines.
- Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity.
- Modelling of below ground services in Revit, such as conduits, pipes and chambers.

- Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader

**Qualifications**
- Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches
- Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
- Script writing to develop modelling of underground services in Revit.
- Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, MEP Revit and Structures Revit, processes, and general approaches, modelling of underground services in Revit.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment.
- Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant Revit modelling.
- BIM Qualification / Diploma.
