A reputable health foods company based in the North Coast KZN is looking for a vibrant, energetic, passionate individual to take on this role and work towards a growth opportunity within the company

**Responsibilities**
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Quickly develop high value, trusted relationships with customers
- Be the first point of contact/the face of the Company to several customers
- Prepare and manage a sales budget, and forecast, track and report on KPI targets
- Be accountable for delivering results, achieving and exceeding agreed targets, utilising the Opportunity Pipeline Tracker (OPT) and always look to improve own performance
- Confidently deliver high impact sales presentations and actively participate during monthly Sales Meetings reviewing sales performance and feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to the Sales Manager
- Keep ahead of the competition by constantly monitoring industry and competitor trends and developments
- Effectively facilitate the seamless transition of new customers from Field Sales to Account Management.

**Requirements and skills**
- **Healthy, fit individual with a passion for healthy living and promoting & selling health products**:

- Non-smoker is a must with sober habits
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven
- Own reliable vehicle & license a MUST
- Own cellphone (laptop is an advantage)
- Reside in the Hillcrest area
- Will be servicing areas Kloof & Hillcrest

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Field sales representitave: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Drivers license (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
