**Digital Customer Success Internship**

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Provide digital platform support and training throughout the whole pre
- and post-sale customer success cycle for customers and internal teams
- Perform administrative tasks of digital customer success team
- Capturing and data management

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant degree or diploma in ICT/Digital solutions/Education
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)/ Digital experience and ability to learn new digital programmes with ease
- Customer service experience
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- South African citizen
- Access to reliable transport
