**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric, Min 3 - 5 years continuous job experience in a SAP Payroll/ HCM system environment and any bank payment system. Payroll Diploma or equivalent is an added advantage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Timeously process Time-sheets, Overtime Hours, Allowances, fringe benefits, lumpsums, deductions for Salary & Wages employees
- Conduct random Payroll checks on input for accuracy and ensure payroll is correct.
- Co-Ordinate with HR regarding changes in Remuneration (e.g. Terminations, New Hires, Employee benefit changes.)
- Ensure timely & accurate electronic payments and distribution of Pay slips to Salary & Wages employees
- Handle Benefit Reconciliations, e.g. Med Aid / Retirement Funds.)
- Ensure timely & accurate payments to all Third Parties and submit Payment Schedules thereof
- Produce Financial Reporting to Business for Approval & Invoicing
- Assist Finance to ensure all Balance Sheet Reconciliations are cleared and queries resolved timeously
- Answer employee or business questions or complaints regarding salaries and payments
- Assist with Annual Audits, queries and reporting
- Plan and organize weekly and monthly input to meet payment dates
- Ensure Reporting and any variances are timeously resolved
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects and the delivery of the People Plan
- Adhere to 100% data integrity
- Errors identified must be escalated
- Adhere to Internal HR Governance Practices and Controls
