This vibey and upmarket motor dealership is looking for an organised individual with high levels of attention to detail to join their team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring deal file compliance, collating all required documents, and verifying their validity, coordinating with the sales team to manage vehicle delivery and registration, and keeping accurate customer records for CRM purposes. It is ESSENTIAL that you have some motor dealership experience within the sales department and know what goes into a deal file.

Excellent computer skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

You will need the following documents when applying
