2. Confirm customer payments and match them with invoices, as well as verify customer credit limits.

3. Reconcile POD with invoices before capturing the invoices.

4. Process credit notes and allocate payments to client accounts and reconcile remittances.

5. Age analysis of Debtors and Creditors and implement payment plan or collection measures including communication with relevant stakeholders.

6. Preparing regular progress reports on debtors and creditors.

7. Maintain and accurately update customer master-data regularly.

8. Assist in any other adhoc roles in the business as per operational requirement.

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: R7 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
