**CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR (3 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT)**

**EAST LONDON**

**OPEN TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CANDIDATES**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES**
- A Diploma in Administrative Management (M+3) (e.g., Office Management, Office Administration, Public Administration etc.)
- 3 years’ work experience in the Higher Education Sector as an Administrator

**ADDED ADVANTAGES**
- Knowledge and experience of health sciences
- Project Management, budgeting, finance, reporting, monitoring and evaluation skills.
- ITS knowledge
- Driver’s license
- Advanced office language use (English)
- Advanced ICT end-user skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide clinical academic and administrative support to the department (students, staff, and guests).
- Provide effective clinical management of department examination, and graduation matters.
- Make clinical travel arrangements for department members.
- Organize and prepare agendas and minutes for all clinical staff in the department.
- Provide secretariat for all departmental clinical meetings.
- Contribute to the writing of the clinical departmental reports.
- Administer clinical budget controls to support the department.
- Provide Human Resource clinical administrative duties for the department.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and policies.
