**Duties**:

- Scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings;
- Assisting the MBChB Coordinator with activities related to the Avian Park Service-Learning Centre and the MBChB programme;
- Assisting the Collaborative Care Coordinator with administrative tasks;
- Assisting the Allied Health Sciences' coordinators with administrative support;
- Assisting with research project administrative support inclusive of:

- Arranging and minute taking of various meetings;
- Assisting with events hosted by UCRH;
- Assisting and maintaining information for the Ukwanda website and social media platforms.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes

**Requirements**:

- At least a certificate in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proficiency in information sharing on the Centre website and social media platforms;
- Working knowledge of Google Docs;
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
- Exceptional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- High-level organising, planning, prioritising and administrative skills;
- The ability to manage and adapt to change;
- A high level of emotional intelligence;
- A driver's licence, or working towards obtaining a driver's licence.
