Tsebo Group is currently looking for a Bid Coordinator to work closely with the sales teams to establish consistency and provide administrative support during the proposal and presentation development process. To be responsible for preparing the proposal work plan, manage assignments and collect and organise proposal content and be capable of producing cohesive, well-organised proposals and presentations that are focused and responsive to the customer-defined (internal and external customers) requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Reading and understanding tender documents and briefs thoroughly to identify all deliverables, challenges and problem areas
- Creation of a Bid Submission Plan and tracking of progress including all deliverables for all role players and stakeholders
- Preparation and finalisation of layouts for submissions
- Adherence to Bid Centre workflow schedule
- Organise and prepare presentations for new business bids and rebids - proposals submitted without errors
- Ensures all bid requirements are met and the proposal is printed and packaged on time for delivery - timely submission of bids
- Assist the sales teams to deliver new business and targets through effective tendering and bidding across all sectors
- Assist in the production and submission of creative yet compliant bids and (re)tenders that clearly state and sell defined product models and business solutions
- Maintain the sales content library to ensure that proposal and presentation content is up to date
- Gather and maintain supporting information for inclusion in bids and (re)tenders to evidence experience, effectiveness and capabilities
- Maintain high standards for delivery, quality & accuracy
- Preparation, formatting of proposals, agreements, and presentations when necessary
- Research and prepare capability content where appropriate
- To obtain and co-ordinate all resources as necessary to respond to the opportunity
- Act as a point of contact for the Bid Office to all stakeholders
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers to define / clarify requirements and collate relevant data/information
- To understand company’s offerings, comply with company’s processes and in adherence to current company’s corporate governance

**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12 - Appropriate tertiary qualification advantageous - Minimum 3-5 years experience in coordination of Bid processes
