**_Job Specification_**
Responsible for assisting with the efficient provision of parking facilities
Support the Parking Manager with the day-to-day management of parking operations
Coordination and integration of the parking service provider, parking equipment provider, and internal IT providers to ensure efficient and seamless parking services to patrons

Manage and maintain relationships with service providers and other suppliers
Hold regular meetings and ensure analysis of reporting
Ensure day-to-day execution of all parking SLAs
Manage the deployment of staff for operational efficiency
Ensure that all equipment is operational 24/7, and that parking equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Advise on the purchasing of new equipment where applicable
Visit the site after hours and conduct daily audit checks
Administer building access control cards and biometrics
Process parking access cards and tickets
Ensure that cash collection is done in the safest possible manner by the CIT service provider
Ensure that proper customer service levels are maintained by arranging customer service training
Preparing annual and 3 yearly, income, equipment maintenance, management, capex, etc. budgets, and reports
Managing costs and revenue in line with approved budgets
Managing SLA costs of service providers
Managing parking floats on a regular basis
Ensuring that parking facilities are inspected regularly for operational readiness and appearance
Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures regarding CIT management
Gathering information from competing sites on tariffs, services offered
Regularly reviewing tariffs and advising the Executive of proposed tariff changes
Forecasting and ordering consumables i.e. tickets, receipt rolls, access cards
Auditing card key register by encoding and decoding all non-valid cards
Ensuring that cards on the register correspond with the leases of tenants
Translate the Operational strategy into a working strategy for Parking
Identify and investigate innovations in the parking industry with a view to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Conduct research and data analytics on Commercial and Retail Parking
Ensure that various reports are collated, evaluated, and submitted by Service Providers
Responsible for providing general administrative support to the Parking Manager
Develop and implement measurement mechanisms to ensure success and value add
Monitor and evaluate progress to ensure successful implementation of plans and achievement of targets
Manage non-compliance of Service Providers with the Parking Manager

**_Minimum Requirement_**
Relevant NQF Level 6 Qualification
EE / AA
5-7 Years of relevant experience
Minimum 1 year at managerial level
Computer Literate
Numerical/financial reasoning
Data analysis
Large scale Retail and Commercial parking facility management
Management of service providers and associated contracts
Working knowledge of parking layout and traffic flow
Auditing of parking systems, revenue, ticket usage
Management of capital projects
People management
