Minimum requirements:

- Matric essential
- Diploma in Logistics Management/Warehouse Management and/or Purchasing and Supply Chain essential
- 5-10 years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations essential
- Experience in a Parts / Earthmoving Equipment environment and industry required
- People management experience required on a supervisory level

**Responsibilities**:

- Finance - assist with processing month-end closing to ensure correct shipping received, invoice updates, queries and ensure on-time payment and processing of invoices
- Procurement Management - oversee local procurement process, oversee correct processing and accurate receiving process, oversee expediting process of goods, reports, streamed line process, updated systems
- Sales - drive sales to meet targets and assist with forecast for sales
- Administration - ensure all back-ups are done, ensure all credit notes for approval are completed on system
- Operational - daily operations activities, Agent relationship management, monitor cycle counts
- Reports - KPI reports, monthly reports to management
- People management
