- _The role cuts across _**_banking, insurance, and financial market infrastructures (FMIs). _**

A **remarkable** **financial** **services** **group** has an exciting **Senior Leadership **position available for a **Divisional Head: Industry Technical Support and Industry Analysis**.

**_ Key Performance Areas:_**
- **_Strategic Leadership : Provide thought leadership and strategic direction_**_ for the work of the _**_ITS Division_**_._
- _Manage the _**_delivery of work objectives_**_ through _**_resource utilisation, setting of targets_**_, _**_prioritisation of work_**_ and _**_performance of other activities_**_._
- **_Operational leadership:_**_ Ensure _**_compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements_**_ of the group._
- _Ensure that the _**_internal audit findings are addressed _**_adequality and timeously._
- **_Lead Change._**:

- **_Manage the performance and development of direct reports._**

**To be considered for this position, one must have**:
**_ Minimum Qualifications required:_**
- A **completed Postgraduate Degree** in **Economics**, **Accounting**, **Actuarial Science**, **Finance**, **Law**, or any other relevant qualification.
- A **minimum of 10 to 12 years’ experience** in the **Financial Sector**, **Regulatory Environment**, or **Auditing**, with at least **5 years in a Managerial role**.
- A **Chartered Accountant South Africa (CA(SA))** or equivalent qualification preferred.

**_Experience and knowledge required:_**

**_ 10 - 15 Years experience and sound knowledge in:_**
- Prudential supervision, regulation, and legislation.
- The financial sector.
- Accounting and auditing.
- Financial markets and instruments.
- Relevant policies and procedures.
- Research methodologies.
- Report writing.
