- Assisting customers with technical advice and queries on industrial valves and related products
- Technical Bid Evaluations Valve Selections.
- Sizing of Valves & Valve Identification.
- Compiling of Tenders.
- Data Sheets.
- Drawings.
- Project Documentation and Portals.
- Typing of documents on Word using Office 365 Cloud Server.
- Costing / Quotes /E-mails, Advanced Excel, Tender quotes.
- Processing of orders on Sage Evolution.
- Liaison with colleagues within company/departments.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with suppliers and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Technical qualification/Trade would be advantageous.
- 3 or more years recent sales experience, reselling of industrial valves and related products.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Typing of documents, Costing and Quotes, E-mails, Telephonic Enquires and Sales.
- Technical Bid Evaluations, Valve Selections, Sizing of valves and Valve Identification.
- Compiling of Tenders, Data Sheets, Drawings, Project Documentation and Portals.
- Working to strict timelines and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and people skills are required.
- Have a fair knowledge of the valve market and competitors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to form strong business relationships, based on excellent customer service and communication,
- Must be able to open and service new account customers.
- Technically minded and able to assist customers with their selections.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
