As a Psychometrist at **Assessment Toolbox**, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to identify, nurture, and develop talent. Your responsibilities will include:
**General office duties**:Keeping documentation filed and organised, binding and couriering documents, and supporting the team with ad hoc duties.

**Innovation and Improvement**: Contributing to the enhancement of our assessment methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and sharing your insights to continuously improve our services.

**Requirements**:

- Honours Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
- HPCSA Registration as Psychometrist
- Accreditation in Cognitive Process Profile and SHL OPQ and SHL Ability Assessments are a requirement for the role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical guidelines in assessments.
