Your responsibilities will include:

General office duties:
Keeping documentation filed and organised, binding and couriering documents, and supporting the team with ad hoc duties.

Innovation and Improvement:

Contributing to the enhancement of our assessment methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and sharing your insights to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

• Honours Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology
• HPCSA Registration as Psychometrist
• Accreditation in Cognitive Process Profile and SHL OPQ and SHL Ability Assessments are a requirement for the role
• Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and ethical guidelines in assessments.
