Cape Town, South Africa LPH Chartered Accountants Full time

**Purpose of the job**:
**Minimum requirements**:

- 1+ years full payroll administration function experience
- Experience in a multi-payroll environment advantageous
- **The following skills are adventurous**:

- Experience working on Sage Pastel Payroll
- Working knowledge of E-filing and Easy file
- Skilled in EMP201, EMP501 and COIDA processing and submissions
- Knowledge of relevant BCEA and employee tax legislation
- Resolving day to day payroll queries
- Good understanding of PAYE, UIF, SDL and other statutory knowledge
- Knowledge about ETI / COVID relief advantageous
- Willingness to assist with payroll matters and queries from other departments

**Skills or competencies**:

- Computer literate
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Performs well under pressure
- Co-operation
- Self motivated, organized, systematic
- Be able to use initiative and be pro active
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent numeracy skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
