**Job Description**:
Experian Data Insights and Marketing Solutions team deliver in-depth, hyper personalised consumer insights using both Experian’s extensive data sources and client unique data to optimise marketing-, advertising-, consumer analytics
- and loyalty and rewards strategies for existing and new clients.

Our committed focus on understanding each individual consumer and/or business, whether at a generational
- or life/business stage level, is underpinned by our continuous sourcing of new data points which we convert into sustainable, value adding attributes and features used in enhancing consumer level insights.

Hyper personalised insight is used to optimise target marketing-, advertising
- and loyalty and rewards campaigns through extensive marketing, performance and profitability analytics to maximize its effectiveness and optimise return on marketing investment (ROMI).

The Head of Data Insights and Marketing Services is responsible for leading a cross-functional team to provide tailored analysis, insight and segmentation to Experian’s clients, to improve their marketing, advertising and loyalty and rewards effectiveness across CI and BI.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required;
- At least 15 years of experience working with the analytics/research/innovation/marketing and/or adverting industries, preferably with experience outside the credit industry included, with experience in extracting value from marketing
- and advertising data as a marketing analyst, business analyst or equivalent;
- A track record of successfully executed innovation, analytics, growth campaigns for brands/products managed.
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience, demonstrating ability to create and lead high performing teams;
- Working knowledge of tools used to manage and analyse large volumes of data (e.g. WPS, SQL, R, SAS, Python) with knowledge of unstructured and big data tools
