- **Own the Room**: Lead and inspire high-energy group sessions that leave clients feeling like champions.
- **Master the Craft**: Deliver structured, results-driven workouts that follow Elevate Body’s unique interval system.

- **Raise the Bar**: Focus on proper form, safety, and technique while driving serious progress for clients.

- Expertise in strength-based training and a passion for teaching proper movement patterns.

- A pro at balancing structure with fun—because we take training seriously, but never ourselves.
