**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & DESCRIPTION AND MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY/OUTPUT**
- **Marketing and Communication**_
- Penetrate the bottled water market and position Aqua Air as an affordable premium bottled water brand.
- Lead commercial and brand marketing activities in order to elevate our brand equity, drive volume and share gains
- Build expert knowledge in the water and technology industries and share this with the customer in order to build long term partnerships and increase profit and sales
- Product Development
- Stakeholder Relations (from supplier to retail)
- New business development
- Oversee all digital marketing strategies
- Contribute to the design and implementation of a marketing strategy
- Display and superior knowledge and understanding AAA Products
- Building sound relations with clients and stakeholders
- Actively engage in lead generation to share with the sales team for follow-ups

- Compile field intelligence reports making use of Skynamo and Sales Rep feedback: _Prospects, Number of appointments logged, Sales conversions_
- Effective administration and asset management (team cell phone and laptops)

- Submitting a Monthly/quarterly asset management report to senior management

- Identify and achieve sales targets per channel per month and draw up quarterly project plans as to how these targets will be achieved
- Stock management
- Effective sales and marketing budget and financial management
- Compile field intelligence reports
- Build Aqua Air’s sales and marketing plan that will deliver annual sales, profit and marketing objectives for the Aqua Air portfolio across short, medium and long terms phases.
- Designing and implementing an effective sales strategy
- Reporting on stock movement and orders
- Providing feedback on the sales and marketing budget

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE POSITION**:

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing Management, Brand Management or any other related course
- Postgraduatedegree will be advantageous

**COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE**:

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong reporting (Excel) skills

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION: (TYPE & NO OF YEARS)**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/trade marketing/marketing roles within an FMCG environment -preferably beverage
