- To coordinate the end to endintegration of technical solutions across various technical teams to ensure the alignment of technical solutions across all technology disciplines

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as principle point of contact to tribes and squads representing the interests of I&O
- Influence and partner (equal voice) with tribes and squads to maximise business benefits delivered from technology strategy and investments.
- Capture business demands and socialise with I&O teams that are capable of fulfilling them
- Ensures that the squads have appropriately designed infrastructure when project demand requires it
- Promote the Nedvana Definition of Ready
- Embed the Cloud Value Model as a practice and a mindset for cloud maturity and readiness.
- Participate in SCRUM sprints
- Consult with both business and rest of GT on their requirements for the solution blueprints
- Proactively identify and prevent operational problems using a detailed understanding across all aspects of the infrastructure
- Continuously improve deployment and operations through the implementation automation tools and processes.
- Work in a multidisciplinary squad with end-to-end responsibility for selected services
- Share knowledge and closely collaborate across squads with a customer first culture.
- Ensure that all designs include non-functional requirements that guarantee availability and stability SLAs are met
- Play an active role in the Continuous Delivery to improve the time to market delivery for quickly adding business value by delivering the teams business-solutions
- Engage professionally with stakeholders
- Work in partnerships with tribes and squads to agree mutual priorities, business demands and improvement opportunities which will deliver value
- Support the achievement of the business stratify objectives and values
- Stay abreast of developments in the fields of expertise
- Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities
- Contribute to the Nedbank culture of building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys, etc.)
- Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy.
- Translate the I&O and organisational strategies and implement them via both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes, models and systems through agile thinking.
- Challenge the established practices and recommend improvement to continuously enhance and improve infrastructure delivery within the bank.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies across multiple cloud platforms (especially, Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud Platform and Google Cloud Platform)
- Ability to influence stakeholders on the adoption of Cloud
- Support and partner with Cloud Solution Architects on the best standards and best practises towards cloud adoption
- Seek out opportunities for automation and pragmatic implementation thereof.
- Impress upon the need for Cloud Governance as squads adopt the pathway to the cloud.
- Drive the adoption and understanding of FinOps in the YBIYRI model within squads.
- Support the change management process as the organisation matures in cloud awareness, skills, and maturity.

- Minimum Experience Level- 10 to 15 years IT experience with a minimum of 7 years experience in consulting
