**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Organising and maintaining the MD’s diary
Screening all calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate
Taking minutes
Running personal errand for MD
Procurement of office supplier and technology
Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared for meetings
Maintaining office systems, including data management, filing etc.
Co-ordination and tracking of various organisational projects
Arranging travel and accommodation (local and international)
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Matric
Secretarial Diploma advantageous
2+ years’ PA experience in a corporate environment
Previous project management experience will be advantageous
Strong communication skills
