Dynamic team in an exciting growth phase seeks an AP Analyst to join them. This role will form part of a group of companies who service international clients and affiliates. The role offers potential for future growth. It sits within the shared services team in the FinTech and Financial Services space. They are a proactive and forward-thinking team, who offer a flexible hybrid working model and a great working environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ensuring invoices are processed promptly
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices and ensuring the monitoring of invoices to be paid are met
- Written and verbal communication with suppliers and manage queries
- Maintain and build sound relationships with vendors
- Ensuring the smooth management of vendor accounts and relationships
- Responsible for the accounts payable process for the group of companies
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Take ownership of the accounts payable function for the group, ensuring smooth and accurate processes are in place and improved as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a grade 12 and a bookkeeping or finance qualification
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in an accounts payable role
- MSOffice and knowledge of Xero, Oracle NetSuite or similar
- A good team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and priortise
- Ability to work well in an organised manner
- Results driven with a client centric mind-set
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
