**Role Overview**

As a Claims Consultant at RBS, you will deliver efficient claims advice and administration, upholding the highest standards of service. Your background in Commercial Claims will be essential in ensuring financial prudence, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving our business strategy forward.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Minimize claims and associated expenses.
- Manage aggregates or self-funding funds.
- Communicate accurately and timely with clients, account executives, and insurers.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners.
- Keep clients informed about their claims’ progress.
- Manage the complete claims lifecycle from notification to settlement.
- Assess claims validity, estimate values, and manage approvals for claims costs.
- Prepare and present detailed claims reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Claims (motor and non-motor).
- Proven track record in a brokerage setting.
- Relevant qualifications: Matric or equivalent, RE 5, FAIS credits.
- Proficiency in computer systems; experience with CIMS is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
