**What we’re looking for** We require a Senior Financial Controller to join our organisation to fully control the financial and accounting operations. The role will help to build and define the Operational finance team.

We need an experienced individual to fully own this element of the business and free up both CFO and Business Analyst’s from operational matters. The role will help shape the future of the business as we get a more complicated operational model and help us scale for the future.

This role requires a highly organised individual who has great attention to detail. This role carries elements from the very detailed operational work to oversight and review of other elements.

You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast paced, gaming studio, within a team of creative, energetic and enthusiastic people who want to challenge the establishment and build the best gaming platform out there. You will be involved with helping the business to optimise our approach and maximise the return on investment.

**Key Responsibilities**

The main functions will be to manage the Finance operations; this includes business cashflows, audits, reconciliations to trading platforms, payment cycles, reporting of management information and all operational finance functions. There is a data recon element becoming more complicated as well as recon scripts to be built from new platforms. Our business needs better reporting packs and budget tracking which you will need to be involved in.

**Main Roles and Functions**:

- Be involved in all aspects of operational finance.
- Provide cover for the other team members in the operational Finance team.
- Help build scalable business solutions.
- Preparation of full monthly management package.
- 1st point of contact for the Audit.
- Payroll management.
- Preparation/review of Cashflow from bank statement on a weekly basis.
- Collation/preparation of budgets for each department.
- File keeping, reconciliations and schedules.
- Presentation of Monthly management information to senior management.
- Variance reporting as required.
- Team training
- Business compliance
- All taxes
- Payroll
- Affiliate/creditor payments
- Internal controls/policies

**Skills and Experience** **Required**
- Relevant degree and qualifications.
- 5 years previous financial controller experience.
- Competent in accounting.
- Deadline focussed.
- Very good Excel skills

If you have any experience within iGaming that would be a distinct advantage, although not essential.
