Senior Desktop Support Technician

This is a contract on-site role for a Senior Desktop Support Technician who will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and repairing computers. The Senior Desktop Support Technician will work closely with the IT team to optimize systems and enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in supporting desktop computers
- Experience in providing technical support, and printer support
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experience in computer repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Microsoft Azure administration and Active Directory management is a plus
- Relevant certification e.g. A+, CompTIA, or similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: Up to R25 000,00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
