**Qualification**:
- Grade 12
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
**Experience and requirements**:
- 5 or more years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Advanced skills on Excel and Sage
- Own transport
- Have a stable work record and contactable references
- Reside close to Edenvale
- Able work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong admin skills
- Knowledge of the Steel Pipes and fabricated products
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Maintaining an accurate customer contact list
- Assisting with inventory control in respect of contract related and off contract stock demands
- Project administration (Administration of projects from beginning to end)
- Assisting the accounts department with creditor and debtor control
- RFQ Quotations
- Assisting with compiling of tenders
- Creating costing sheet for estimates
- Receiving Purchase orders from customers (Writing on schedules, processing sales orders, dispatching, invoicing)
- Back-order administration
- Sourcing nonstandard stock items, buyouts (Purchase orders & Works orders)
- Assisting with the updating of Annual supply contracts (Costing and analysing)
- Expedite (outstanding orders and works orders)
- Compiling and maintaining Excel spread sheets
