SAP Support

**Requirements**:

- Bcom or Information Technology Degree or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of SAP, Excel and Access (advantageous)
- 2 + years business environment; demonstrated strong Business acumen
- Demonstrated business process knowledge and experience
- Experience with technical documentation, charts / graphs, process mapping and flow charts
- Ability to establish effective Business Relationship with all levels in the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, high degree of diplomacy

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
SAP Support Functions (Cape Town, Eastern Cape, Hangerman, Namibia, Upington)
- Creating and maintaining Manufactured Costings for future products (Assisting Sales managers and planning with costing of products/machines etc.)
- Analysing product costings and update/correct where applicable
- Updating and maintaining Pricing model of key Customers
- Conducting monthly checks to maintain and correct Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Creating monthly Costing Run to update Material Masters (YPC & ZPC)
- Updating Finished Goods List Prices, Inter-company transactions and Purchase Orders
- Conducting Material Requirement Planning (MRP) clean up (Remove old outdated transactions, delete etc.)
- Creating material codes for Indirect Production and Other Factory stock items
- Setting-up for new projects (Scanning-Depalletizing Project, etc.)
- Providing general support for all SAP transactions
- Preforming planned price update for EC & Namibia - done monthly at the beginning of the month
- Completing additive cost update for offset printing 1&2 to be done at the beginning of the month
- Flagging for deletion
- Completing ZIRUP
- Costing queries
- Completing Future costing run (every 3 months - policy to be defined)
- Completing FG and RM Masterdata
- Costing Run errors
- Regrind - update standard costs
- ZLISTP updates
- Reviewing master-data across all modules (Production, Planning, Distribution, Sales, and Finance)
- Responding to and actioning queries/requests where possible, or assigning more complex issues to relevant parties
- Managing general SAP housekeeping in ensuring that any incomplete transactions and irrelevant or outdated information in the SAP system are addressed

Ongoing SAP Projects
- Comparing sales BOM to production BOM - correct sales BOMs
- Conducting regular checks on ZMM03 and ZMM05
- Checking ZPACKREC
- Conducting and running ZPPR reports
- Profit centres in distribution plants - tubs / AC / pet
- Label and FG descriptions should correlate
- Preform alternative unit of measure - check all exist
- Phantom BOMs to be removed and flagged for deletion
- Alternative descriptions - check
- MRP clean up
- FG volumes
- Source lists - check all exist
- Remove products FFD off routing
