**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized assistance with homework and academic projects for children aged 4-12.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity and a love for learning.
- Plan and implement educational activities and games that enhance children's cognitive and social skills.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children during playtime and study sessions.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Support children in developing organizational and study skills.
- Be a positive role model and mentor to the children.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with children, preferably in a tutoring or teaching capacity.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing children's growth and learning.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
