- Ensure profitability of plant operations through scrap control, manufacturing techniques, workforce utilization all to increase efficiency within the Plant.
- Coordinates the operation of the different departments under his command, establishes objectives and monitors compliance with the objectives and evaluates those responsible for each area in line with their performance under objective criteria.
- Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and budgetary control during the year, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective measures.
- Report to the General Management on the economic result of the different operations that are carried out in the plant.

**Qualification**:

- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar. Alternatively, Business and Administration qualification

**Key Experience**:

- Automotive experience at management level -Compulsory.
- Minimum 10 years of automotive supply experience at Management level.

**Main Skills Required for the Position**:

- Knowledge of the composition of the income statement and the impact on liquidity and balance sheets of the different internal spending policies and the organization of available internal resources.
