**Luxury Hotel - Polokwane, Limpopo**

Our client, a luxury hotel in Polokwane, is searching for a Hostess to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

**Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous hotel experience beneficial
- Proficient in point-of-sale systems and property management systems
- Warm, friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests
- Clear and articulate verbal communication, both in person and over the phone
- The ability to convey information accurately and effectively to guests and staff
- Proficiency in written communication for managing reservations and guest lists
- High standard of personal appearance and grooming, in line with the hotel’s image and dress code
- Professional and polished appearance that aligns with the hotel’s brand image
- Ability to manage guest reservations, seating plans, and waitlists efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills to ensure smooth and timely seating of guests, even during busy periods.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work closely with other staff members, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management.
- A cheerful outlook that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent service and creating a memorable guest experience
