About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Hostess to meet, greet, and seat guests. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and be well-organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Meet, greet, and seat guests in a timely manner.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls efficiently.
  • Make and follow up on bookings to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily cash ups of the restaurant session accurately.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a related field is essential.
  • Strong administration skills, including computer literacy and grade 12 certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
  • The ability to think critically and work independently.
  • Previous experience using the Micros point of sale system is required.
What We Offer:
