- Provide effective and timeous administrative support
- Accurately capture and maintain data on various safety management systems daily
- Request and expedite material and follow up on open orders timeously
- Provide effective and timeous administrative support to the SHEQ Department
- Assist the SHEQ Department with processing of safety related documentation.
- Accurately log, update and maintain SHEQ related documentation on the HSE system on SharePoint
- Effective self and team supervision in alignment with MRC values and leadership initiatives
- Effective controls to ensure data integrity and effective record keeping.
- Effective stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth workflows
- Effective self
- management in alignment with M&RC values
- The company will provide remuneration and benefits relevant and appropriate to the position. Preference will- African Citizens / Permanent Residents.**Minimum requirements**
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
- Office Administration qualification or similar at NQF Level 5 or National N6 Diploma
- MS Office proficient [Word, Outlook and Excel]
- Administrative competence
- Numerical reasoning
- Attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- At least 4 years of experience in a clerical / administration position, if obtained NQF 5 qualification
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a clerical / administration position, if obtained N6 National Diploma
