Are you someone who can:
- Collaborate across various levels of business stakeholders, (i.e.: brand, content and copy writers, customer experience, developers, marketing, product owners’ managers and executives).- Collaborate with stakeholders to define & deliver the best possible experience for the user.- Communicate design ideas to all stakeholders through task flow diagrams, user journeys/scenarios, low and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.- Work with development teams to execute the best design solutions within the technology constraints.- Work with brand & the broader digital teams to execute the best design solutions within the design constraints.- Facilitate usability testing and evaluate user feedback to further improve the conceptual or existing product.- Actively listen and extract relevant, key information from stakeholders and execute according to the brief- 3-5 years UX/UI experience- Relevant technical degree, diploma or certificate- Extensive experience with the following programmes:
- Latest Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign-
- Figma-
- Experience in the following a plus:
- Adobe Premier and After Effects-
- Invision, Sketch and Adobe XD-
- Mac OS and Windows.- Strong conceptual design in digital with an extensive body of work to showcase.- Strong understanding of UX & UI design (app & web usability principles).- Efficient research skills.- Broad understanding of internet related technologies and standards.- Strong computer skills - keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media and design software.- Contributing to brainstorming sessions.- Creativity and originality.
