**Hr. Administrator**

**Job Function**:
The HR administrator will operate with high level of confidentiality (**NON-NEGOTIABLE**).

They will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries.

**Duties**:

- Handle all employee documentation
- Maintaining all personnel records
- Updating internal databases
- Managed the IOD Process
- A Thorough understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the LRA in order for the company to always be compliant
- Employer-Employee Relations - Always maintain and address any issues that may arise in the workplace by employees
- Maintain Company Culture
- Manage Employee Benefits as and when requested
- Create a Safe Work Environment
- Handle Disciplinary Actions - Issue warnings and Penalties as directed by management, setting up of disciplinary hearings with External HR and timeous written and verbal follow-up with External Hr for Outcome on cases
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Record, track and re-Sign all contract employees as per company policy
- Manage Time keeping, Late coming and Dress code
- Matric with a Human Resource Degree/ Diploma or relevant qualification
- 2 years’ experience as in a relevant position with traceable references
- Excellent computer literacy - (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Knowledge of relevant HR legislation
- Excellent skills and knowledge of Recruitment processes and talent attraction
- Good understanding of payrolls, benefit structuring and creating department JDs
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet monthly deadlines
- Must be able to work with all types of people on all levels
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Organised and structured individual with sound knowledge of HR administration and coordination
- Must be able to work independently with a Proactive approach to work
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
- Remuneration commensurate with experience

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umhlanga Rocks, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
