About the role
- Assess learning needs
- Adapt approaches to meet desired learning outcomes and learner needs.
- Proactively provide feedback on learning.
- Continuously evaluate the learning content as well as the curriculum and make the necessary changes
- Collect learner feedback and report on learning delivered (as well as any other necessary admin)
- Interact regularly with digital systems to enrich learning experiences.

Success in the role requires a Learning Facilitator that is passionate about learning, is a strong communicator who builds trusted relationships and collaborations across the business, creates an engaging learning environment, and is able to manage multiple stakeholders with the ability to work in different environments, with the possibility of delivering learning in different venues.
Required knowledge, experience and qualifications
- Minimum ETDP NQF 5 Qualification
- 4 years’ experience in Learning and Development
- High proficiency in MS Office as well as BI Reporting tool
- 2 years working knowledge of LMS
- Minimum 1 year working knowledge of Articulate
- Experience in L&D Project management, Organizational design as well as Change Management
- Report drafting including using BI tool Knowledge and Skills Facilitation/ presentation of training Training Assessments and feedback/ reporting Training material/content development and updating Training Queries, ad-hoc support and projects Personal Attributes Plans and aligns - Contributing independently Communicates effectively - Contributing independently Decision quality - Contributing independently Interpersonal savvy - Contributing independently Core Competencies Cultivates innovation - Contributing independently Customer focus - Contributing independently Drives results - Contributing independently Collaborates - Contributing independently Being resilient - Contributing independently Turnaround time
