Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a talented Stock and Distribution Solution Lead to join their team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep functional SAP experience (12+ years) with extensive expertise in architecting, design and the end-to-end implementation of Stock and Distribution processes (across SAP modules SD, MM and PM-CS), with **complex integration experience to various external systems** across each of the modules.
- Deep experience in complex Supply Chain integrations for various third parties’ interfacing (Warehouse Management, Order Entry through external customer front-ends etc).
- At least 3 successful end to end SAP system implementations in a complex SAP Stock and Distribution domain with complex integrations - from analysis, design, build, test, deploy and PGLS.
- Team management and delivery of project outcomes within the SAP Stock and Distribution domain, leading a SAP implementation team (12+ FTEs).
- Communication skills for client-facing engagement, must be able to manage senior business stakeholders and drive solution discussions with various senior SAP consultants.
- Deep experience in **SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes **related to Master Data, Sales Order Management Cycle & post Sales Activities, Pricing & Billing and **deep experience in complex SD interfacing to external systems. **Experience in enabling SAP capabilities to cater for requirements to enable fulfilment for the sale of decoders and accessories:
- B2C Sales (Credit Sales, Internet Sales, Online Sales and Returns, etc) - hardware sales to subscribers using different customer platforms.
- Vouchers - sale of installed products and consignment of standalone vouchers to retailers.
- Over-the-Counter Sales and Returns, for branch and walk-in centers, which includes Subscriber Payment Cancellation and Subscriber Returns and Refunds.
- Retail Sales and Returns.
- Corporate Sales Processes - which caters for Intercompany Sales Order created between Corporate and countries.- Consignment - Fill-up, Issue, Returns, Pick-up.
- Including regulatory requirements - such as signatures obtained from a fiscal device or system on an invoice or combined invoice-receipt (cash register slip)
- Direct Hardware Payments - real-time integration to SAP for hardware payments - being reconciled through 3rd party reconciliation tools then sent to SAP for G/L Account Posting.
- Promotional Sales - supports the end-to-end management of Promotional Items.
- Experience in **SAP Materials Management (MM) processes** related to Master Data, Purchasing Processes, Physical Inventory, Release Strategies and Reservation Workflows, Procurement and Supply Chain Management and complex integrations to external systems (including SAP2SAP and IBP). Experience in enabling SAP capabilities to cater for:
- Procurement process for acquiring goods or services.
- Inventory management for movement of materials in and out of the storage facility and the physical count of those items at regular intervals. Intra-company stock transport orders, cross company stock transport orders, goods receipts, goods issues, transfer postings, stock counts.
- SAP-to-SAP interfaces/integrations.
- Experience in **SAP Plant Maintenance-Customer Service (PM-CS)** related to Swap and Repairs Processes, Service Orders, Serial Numbers, and management of statuses and complex integrations to external systems. Experience in enabling SAP capabilities to cater for:
- Customer Service processes for fault finding, device swap, repair, create decoder/smart card processes, including serials and equipment master data.
- Complex integration with Web-based front-end platform for execution of business processes.
- Country-to-country transfers, supplier repairs, internal and external repairs, spares, device swaps, decoders and smartcards, change of device ownership, device insurance, vouchers, etc.
