Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant and PA

Jayson’s gas is seeking a qualified employee to fulfill the role of a marketing assistant as well as a

personal assistant to the owner of the company.

Duties will include:
1. Managing the social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok as well as updating of the

website

2. Liaising with the social media companies to run specials as well as content for the platforms

3. Liaising with design companies to ensure branding, signage, marketing and merchandise are

designed according to specifications

4. Meeting deadlines to ensure that advertising and marketing are ready before a sale and for any

activations or events

5. Feedback to the CEO on key statistics on all social media platforms

6. Work closely with the CEO and management of his diary

7. Ability to travel and run errands when necessary

**Requirements**:
1. Any tertiary qualification in design and marketing.

2. Work experience in design, marketing, digital marketing and any personal assistant experience

advantageous

Salary will be negotiable

**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatsworth, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
