Managing the registration and Administration of Multiple Companies, all related changes therein and upkeep of the company records in terms of the applicable country’s Companies Acts.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Companies_:

- Incorporation of companies (local and foreign)
- Maintenance of Companies Legal Files
- Set up bank accounts
- Appointment of auditors
- Vat and tax registrations
- Director’s appointments/resignations
- Auditor and Registered Office changes
- Changes to authorized share capital and issued capital
- Company Financial Year-end date changes
- Amendments to Memorandum of Incorporation: including change of name, main business, etc.
- Compiling of all Companies Resolutions /Minutes
- Maintaining Company Register and Minute Book (Manual/Electronic)
- Maintenance of statutory files
- All Companies - Annual Returns
- Appointment/Resignation of Public Officer etc.
- KYC documentation for banks
- Rental lease agreements and addendums
- Company structure organograms
- Maintaining detail group schedules of all companies
- Responsible for FICA requirements
- Arranging of company stamps
- Company Liaison with all relevant stakeholders
- Requirements_:

- 3 years Company Registration/Compliance experience
- Local and Foreign
- Intermediate Excel
- Intermediate to Advanced Power point
- Relevant qualification
- French will be an advantage
- Skills_:

- Multi-tasking is a high-pressured environment.

- Good Negotiation Skills

- High EQ
