**_Our client in the mining industry, is seeking a Senior Manager Metallurgy, to join their team Phalaborwa - Limpopo._**

**_ Position: Senior Manager Metallurgy (Mining)_**

**_Location: Phalaborwa - Limpopo_**

**_Salary: Market-Related Salary_**

**Purpose of the position**:

- The role will be responsible for the overall development, design, implementation, and execution of metallurgical processing in the operation.
- Supporting the operational managers and bringing synergy between operations and is directly involved in the design and operations standards.

**Qualifications**:

- B Eng Processing or Extraction Metallurgy
- Honours or master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Management Development Program

**Experience**:

- 10 years’ experience in the mineral processioning and metallurgy / mining industry.
- 5 years’ experience in projects, and process design environment
- 5 years in a management experience.
- Experience in the mining industry is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of Operations and Strategy in the mining Division
- Budgeting and Management if Financial Resources
- Compliance of the SHEQ Standards.
- Governance and Management of Projects
- Leading and the Management of Human Resources.
- Record Management and Reporting.
- Managing Metallurgical Processes and al laboratories
