**Your main function** is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.

YOU MUST HAVE RELEVANT MOTOR TRADE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE, FOR EXAMPLE AT A DEALERSHIP LIKE TOYOTA / BMW ETC.

This position is based at a dealership which is part of a large private motor group. (Polular brand of vehicles)

Salary package offers basic R15 000 + incentives and company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 years - **specific brand experience and training is preferred**:

- **Must have costing experience**:

- Excellent computer literacy skills including Evolve / Drive / Kerridge
- Inderstanding of customer service index in the motor industry and the relevant ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
- Clear criminal record
- Valid driver's license
- Matric / Senior Certificate qualification

Package includes Basic Salary (negotiable based on current / last) + very good incentive scheme + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month
