**Operations and Administrative Assistant required in Nottingham Road to join our existing team in a temporary position which has the strong possibility to become permanent.**

**Duties**

Assisting all operation departments ( Maintenance department, Gardens department, Housekeeping etc.) is stock ordering, price comparisons, sourcing of new items etc.

Placing of orders through various food supplies and a small retail outlet.

Assisting in the receiving of food stock

Basic daily cashups

Compiling and assisting with Maintenance schedule.

Stock control of maintenance tools, garden tools and housekeeping items

Collating of invoices and paperwork for accountants

Contractor co ordination for special projects

Basic HR, completion of staff take on forms, casual wages, etc.

Assisting with capturing stock on Micros and Zero

Position requires a flexible individual able to assist where required in a changing role.

**Requirements**:
Matric, diploma in office management / business management is required

Strong attention to detail

Computer literate, previous experience on Micros / Opera advantageous

Minimum of 5 years of similar experience

While the position is predominately office based you will be required to move between departments as and when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
